TA-DA!

Hey! This is my first post to my blog.  It is not what I thought I would be posting but, you know how things just happen.  A friend of mine has a nephew that was in a serious accident.  He has been in the hospital for a few weeks.  I wanted to make him a card that I would hope would make him smile.  His name is Levi he is 5 years old and he is so so sweet and all boy!

This is an easel card one of my favorites. For this card I used navy blue and orange glitter cardstock from The Paper Studio. I used the Cuttlebug Spots & Dots on the navy blue. I glued orange ribbon in the background on the blue. I then added Soft Spoken embellishments called Tyler. I used 100% Boy Sticker Pack from the Paper Studio. I added a natural jute for the rope. I also added jute on the orange so when you open the card it will stand up.  I used my Cricut Expression for get well, TA-DA! and Levi. I had a turtle button so I glue that on as well.  I use Glue Dots because they hold so well! My card is a 6 X 8.
